Wow! Ellie Mae – you’re a star! Ellie made the bold decision to have her hair cut off this month to donate it to the Princess Trust who provide children with wigs following treatment. In the process she has raised a massive £1161.25 for Leaf. We cannot thank Ellie-Mae enough along with all her supporters for everything you have done.

Leaf can’t thank the Stitch n Bitch team enough for all their efforts on Saturday. There were beautiful crafts and wonderful cakes and jams for sale and coupled with teas and coffees served by Mrs Thimbles pop-up cafe, an astounding £1000 was raised. The Leaf Charity Choir were placed ‘runners up’ at this weekend’s Bournemouth Music Competitions Festival at the Pavilion Theatre. In the choir’s first public perfomance since the choir formed in January, their rendition of ’Fields of Gold’ and ‘It Don’t Mean a Thing if it Ain’t Got that Swing’ was extremely well received by the audience.
